rabbit-mode software package provides Emacs-lisp rabbit-mode for writing RD document using Rabbit, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rabbit-mode
rabbit-mode is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rabbit-mode package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rabbit-mode *
You will get with rabbit-mode package name, version, architecture and description in a table
